Blind Pursuit (a Kindle book) and Bears in Hyder

It rained most of the day, so once again we hung out at the motorhome for most of the day.  I have really been enjoying my new Kindle, and I’ve found several free ebooks as well as inexpensive ebooks online. Today I was reading one that I purchased from Amazon for just $.99 and I couldn’t put it down. The book is Blind Pursuit by Michael Prescott and here’s a little about it that I borrowed from Amazon’s website:  “In the dead of night, psychologist Erin Reilly is abducted from her Tucson home. Her kidnapper -- a serial killer who burns his victims alive. Tormented by his obsession, he wants Erin to cure him before he kills again. If she fails, she'll become his next victim.
While Erin's twin sister Annie searches desperately for her, Erin delves into her captor's psyche and his past, discovering a secret guilt ... a complex web of crime and betrayal ... and an unexpected connection between the killer and herself.”

In the late afternoon, we went for a drive back to see if the grizzlies would be at the viewing site.  As we were headed out on the walkway, Ken saw them on the road and we followed along until they came down through the brush to the river.

The cub could have been chasing fish in the river, but seemed more like it was just having a good time splashing around in the water.

After spending just a short time in the river, they both headed up into the brush.  We watched for a while, then headed back to the RV for the evening.

Thanks for the Kindle book recommendation. I'll download it. Great bear pics. So glad you were more successful on that pursuit than we were.
