Stewart, BC to Teslin, Yukon

We spent Monday night dry camping in the parking lot of the Jade store on the Cassiar Highway. This morning we saw pretty much the last of the wildlife for the day while still traveling the Cassiar. Once we got to the Alaska Highway, traffic picked up, and it was just another day of traveling.


The photo above is of one of the two goats we saw. The other was to the left of this one on the other side of the road, and this just ended up being the better photo.

The photo above is the moose and her calf that we spotted today as we headed north on the Cassiar. Possibly if you look very closely, you will see the calf down and to the right of it's mother.
